Unit Description:
3 story building with 9 units; sleeps 6.
Oceanfront condos with a community pool, ocean views
from 2nd and 3rd
floor units, dune blocks view from 1st floor.
Living/Dining/Kitchen area w/wood burning fireplace; firewood
provided in winter season. Sleeper Sofa in living room. Two
bedrooms (1 master w/Queen & Full Bath w/Jacuzzi & 1 bedroom w/2
singles & Guest Bathroom).
Amenities Include:
Central Heat & Air, Wet Bar, 1 TV/DVD Combo, 1 HD Flat Screen TV, 1 Blu-Ray
Disc Player Free Wireless Internet, Cable
Television, Fully Stocked Kitchen, Dishwasher, Microwave,

Unit Supplies:
Upon arrival, a welcome basket is located on the kitchen
counter. The basket contains four rolls of toilet paper, two
rolls of paper towels, trashcan liners, four motel size
bars of soap, laundry soap, dish detergent, dishwasher
detergent, and coffee filters are provided. The resort
does not replenish the above supplies. Units are
supplied with bed linens and bath towels. Beach towels are not
provided.

There is
no site office; owner’s keys are provided in a lock box system
under the building. RCI guests must contact the resort for key
access information prior to arrival.
